Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall performance of the QA/QC operations, leading, organizing and motivating a team of QA / QC personnel to meet Company and customer quality requirements.
- Ensure that all products manufactured comply with company's product specifications and customer requirements.
- Ensure all corrective actions for customer complaints and supplier quality issues are implemented accordingly
- Responsible to establish and maintain the implementation of the Quality Management System and Quality Control activities in the company.
- To supports and participate to all the internal/external audits.
- Responsible to maintain the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 & IATF16949:2016 Standard, 5'S activities and Safety, Health and Environmental procedures in work areas and departments or on equipment operations.
- Assist the management in giving opinions, ideas and proposals for the improvement of new products in terms of quality issues.
- To carry out any other relevant ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Engineering / Quality Management / Certified Quality Engineer
- Computer literate and can communicate well with all level is essential
- At least five (5) years of working experience in manufacturing industry and three (3) years of experience in QA/QC & familiar with ISO 9001:2015 & IATF16949:2016
- Required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia and being able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage but not compulsary.
- Willing to learn, detail-oriented, independent, self-motivated, smart & proactive, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work at Port Klang (Tanjung Harapan area).
